Coaching Terms & Conditions
My aim is to provide a professional, enjoyable and rewarding coaching experience for every player. The following terms help ensure lessons run smoothly and fairly for everyone.
1. Lesson Fees & Payment
All lesson fees are payable in advance or immediately after each lesson unless otherwise agreed. Package lessons, where purchased, are non-transferable and valid for the period specified at the time of purchase.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled at no additional charge, subject to court and coach availability. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be charged in full, except in exceptional circumstances at the coach's discretion.
3. Weather Policy
For outdoor lessons, if weather conditions make play unsafe or impractical, the lesson may be postponed or rescheduled, taking into consideration court conditions and player safety. Both player and coach are to be in agreement of the rescheduling.
4. Player Responsibility & Safety
Players are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in tennis coaching. Appropriate sports attire and tennis shoes must be worn. Players should inform the coach of any injuries or medical conditions before each lesson. Participation is at the player's own risk.
5. Punctuality & Lesson Duration
Lessons will begin and end at the scheduled time. If a player arrives late, the lesson will still finish at the originally agreed time to avoid affecting subsequent bookings. If the coach is delayed for any reason, the full lesson time will be provided or suitable arrangements will be made.
